“Amazing clinic. I’ve been seeing Nicole for about two years, and from the very first appointment she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She always took the time to fully understand my injuries and areas of pain (mostly in back, neck, and shoulder area), and before every session she would check in to make sure the treatment matched exactly what I needed. Eventually, she knew me so well she could simply ask, “the usual?” and I’d reply “the usual!”. Nicole consistently went above and beyond by providing personalized stretches and exercises after each appointment, which made a real difference in my recovery. I’ve seen many RMTs over the years, and she is by far the most thorough, kind, trustworthy, and professional, and most importantly, she delivers real results. “Greeted by a lovely receptionist. I saw Nicole for a 90 minute full body massage for some chronic neck and shoulder issues. This was my first time here and before anything began she went over my expectations and what I was comfortable/not comfortable with. The massage was great and just what I needed.
