“I met with Someshan about a shoulder injury I had ignored but suffered mildly with the past 4 months. After a quick summary of the mechanical issue I had, he recommended 4 exercises that I've implemented at home with amazing and fast results, after 2 rounds I'm already feeling much better, simple reaching tasks are no longer painful and restrictive.
