“This is a great gym. I’m glad that the owners are focused on health and well-being and not allowing people to run around half naked just talking to one another and playing on their phones. It is one of the reasons why I prefer this gym over some of the discount gyms that don’t care what their members do. It is not always easy to balance different generations, but I’m glad that the owners have held their ground on ensuring that the environment is comfortable for all age groups and prioritized keeping the members focused on their physical health and well-being and not simply physical appearance. “Still searching for where the dress code is indicated on their website. You may get kicked out for daring to wear a sports bra, which is strange seeing as the women in the "360" program section are sporting them....Very curious indeed.”

“The staff is great, the area is always clean and they insure it stays like that. They've got a sauna 🙏! The equipment is almost all new and they offer great classes. Theres also a lounge where you can chill and get a shake or even a premade, high protein meal. I've been going for years and dont plan on leaving.”Read moreShow less
