“I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I only attended three sessions because I quickly realized that the service was not professional. On the first day, during my initial assessment, I mentioned to the physiotherapist that I also had shoulder pain. he told me, “That’s not important right now,” which made me feel my concerns weren’t really taken seriously. In the following sessions, there was no proper hands-on treatment. Most of the time was spent using machines like the TENS unit and ultrasound. Even if the physiotherapist has the skills, it felt like he didn’t apply them in the actual treatment. Each session lasted only around 30 minutes, but I was charged for 45 minutes. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and not worth the cost, so I won’t be returning.”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. During my physiotherapy treatment, I only saw the physiotherapist for the initial assessment. After that, all subsequent sessions were handled by an assistant who primarily used machines like the TENS unit and ultrasound. There was no hands-on treatment, which I both expected and specifically requested. To make matters worse, the sessions only lasted 30 minutes, despite being charged for 45-minute appointments. On top of that, the clinic repeatedly called me to reschedule sessions just a few hours before the appointment time. When I tried to reach out to discuss my concerns, my calls were never answered. Overall, I feel the service provided was not worth the cost, and I won’t be returning.”

“The environment is clean, and the atmosphere is very calm. The staff is very respectful and friendly. However, the devices used for all doors are the same and uniform. It would have been better if some sports activities were also included. It would have been nice if, like many other clinics, the necessary sports activities for the patient were printed and given to the patient.”
