She listens to your concerns and does her therapy at both the point of issue but also around the surrounding areas and other points where the challenges can originate or travel to. I came in with a sprained ankle that had been holding me back from training, and from the very first visit I felt like I was in great hands. She took the time to thoroughly assess my ankle and did a full gait analysis, which really helped uncover some underlying imbalances that hindered my recovery but also opened my eyes to improving my runs.
