“Great experience here! P did my pedicure and she was incredible. I felt zen the entire time. Her massages were heaven and she didn’t rush! Highly recommend P! Probably one of the best pedis I’ve ever had. P rocks!!!”

“I wish I read the reviews!!! I was very stressed out and am very disappointed but tried to remain calm and I was polite though I almost walked out a few times! I even left a tip! But, on closer inspection my nails are blotchy and bumpy and this is not good work , they didnt even clean my nails even after filing and there was nail dust etc under my nails and everywhere . I went to the washroom once to clean my nails and hands, I was not offered a sheet or samples nails showing the colors and the esthetician just kept opening goopy bottles of colors that weren’t what I described. The salon I was at before did a superior job compared to this and I have already made an appointment to get this work removed at another salon that I know is exceptional and has excellent customer service. “I think going in three times and spending upwards of $200 and hours of time and being compensated $77 and then you reply to a review the way you did as an owner that that is not fair compensation, or business. I would not recommend this place for nails or for this kind of bullying under the guise of customer service. This is my one and only review. “My previous experience at Endless Summer was very professional but today was a disaster. My first concern was that I was directed to step over equipment on the floor to get to the chair. Two of my toenails were cut and filed painfully beyond the nail edge. Staff dropped tools on the floor and continued to use them without sanitization. What should have been an enjoyable hour was at best a perfunctory effort. “A nice place and nice staff but the lash lift and tint was rather underwhelming, and the results were disappointing, especially for the price point. This is an added revision- I wanted to write a review as there are no recent ones. WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER- In short, I got my lashes lifted and tinted. I was disappointed with how they turned out, especially for the price point, 101$ (including tax, not including tip). after the appointment, you're prompted a survey. I said exactly what my OG google review said. After only 3 days one eye fell completely back to my normal eyelash style, mentioning how I was quite disappointed. No one reached out. I tried calling Saturday, but no one answered so I assumed they were busy and may try to call me back. They did not, which is okay, not the end of the world. So I came to the conclusion that I had wasted my money and left a google review- I was quite nice as you can see from the beginning. I even gave two stars (at first) and complimented the staff and the salon! Still no response. After a day, I sent off an email to them to express how I was hoping they could redo them, as I didn't want to seem like I was trying to falsify and jip them. The pictures attached show the response I received, and help explain my revision. To note- If they can't do a cat eye style, why would they not have told me and explain what they can do? Which doesn't mean anything in the sense that the lift fell flat in as little as 4 days. And after the owner had their blow up, I again reached out after 5 more days of no response to just follow up about a redo or refund. And then again. And finally I went in person to speak with Kelly. This has been the worst experience, and I most definitely will not be returning nor recommending endless summer. - unfriendly, confrontational and aggressive owner. -impolite owner - not informative - not responsive (took me weeks to get a re do scheduled, much less any response, due to the lack of responsiveness of the owner) - not apologetic, tried to make me feel bad for leaving an honest review after reaching out multiple times. What's the point of a survey if I had to reach out 5 different times? After finally going in person to ask for a refund, Kelly tried to get me to just make another appointment at half price, to Which I said no, I'd prefer a refund. And then while refunding me, she told me how she would hope I would remove my review and offered me Dippin dots ice cream. In person, Kelly had 100% better customer service skills and to my surprise, actually apologized, though she didn't seem the type over emails. Kelly, the owner, has proved my point and has inspired me to write this lengthy review.”Read moreShow less

“Sadly, I didn’t have the best experience at Endless Summer and I would really like to write a good review. For my wedding I got my nails done and they were good, but became “drippy looking” soon after. My sister was late due to traffic and she was told she had to pay for a full manicure she didn’t even get. I believe their policy is for latecomers you pay 50%. “This is the place to go for nails. The staff there is very knowledgeable and were able to help me with my nails because they're thin. I'm really picky with my nails and I have no complaints with Endless Summer.”
