“Stay clear. Prescription glasses have been screwed twice. Second time, they haven’t bother responding to emails to try and rectify the issue at hand. Keep in mind, these were two separate glasses. This after spending over 1600 on safety glasses, one new set and one just to change lenses. One of them, I couldn’t even fold the arms. All in ´’cash only’’ pricing. Strange, I know. Further more, I had to spend another 978.90 to rectify the poor workmanship at this location at another reputable store. Save yourself the grief. “Hamid was fantastic - patient, transparent and knowledgeable in what he does. After trying multiple glasses and finally picking the frame, Hamid adjusted the glasses' frame to fit perfectly on me and swapped lenses to the ones I liked. He takes pride in what he does. A true professional with great customer service skills. As a complimentary service: my sunglasses' arms were getting loose.
