“If you’re holding back from going to a councillor like I was years ago, choose Empowered Counselling! She’s professional, has so much knowledge and will listen to you wherever you are at without making you feel ashamed. She offers sessions over zoom and in person. I have dealt with her with anxiety, panic attacks, fear, and she’s also taught me so much about the development of a child and their ways of communication that has helped me be a better parent.
