“I didn't think it would ever come to this after years of being a loyal patient at Empire Dental Associates. For a long time, I had a consistent hygienist who provided great care, and even with the occasional random staff member filling in, things were generally fine. Unfortunately, the last two cleanings have been completely different. Both times, the hygienist was rude, rushed through the appointment, and was unnecessarily aggressive—scraping way too hard on my gums without any communication. There was zero check-in to see if I needed a break or if the pressure was too much, even when it was clearly painful and obvious discomfort. At points, it felt like the scraping went beyond the teeth and gum line into other areas of my mouth, which shouldn't happen. I truly respect Dr. Cable (and the overall dental care from the doctors has been solid), but the hygiene side of things has fallen off significantly with staff changes and lack of attentiveness. As a result, I'm done getting cleanings here and won't be returning.”Read moreShow less

“I like the doctors working at the clinic, but I'm not impressed with the reception staff. The first person I encountered mistakenly charged me for my cleaning visit. I was already on my way home when she called to inform me that I shouldn’t have been charged and that it should have gone through my insurance instead. I forgave her since it was her first time handling this. However, I have been waiting for my refund for two weeks. I even went to the clinic in person, which wasted my time and gas, but they still couldn't help me with the issue. We have called twice, and each time they said they would call back, but nothing happened. It seems they won’t address your case unless you keep calling. Basically, they don’t care as long as they have your money. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had regarding a refund—out of all my experiences, this one definitely stands out as the worst.”Read moreShow less

“Dr. Y and associates literally saved my life by treating all four of my 'complicated' impacted wisdom teeth, and did a lot of hand-holding through the process of finding a facility for that surgery. To be clear, these were teeth that hadn't been removed during the 35 years prior because of the extent of those complications. Nobody would touch them. Empire Dental did. “I have been going here for 6 months for TMJ treatment and I was referred to Dr Yacyshyn from his colleague to inject Botox to my Masseter Muscle and today was my appointment not only was he 30 min late for me , when he walked in he was being very rude to his nurse, then when heturned to me he took whatever happened to him prior to me being there out on me . He went against everything his colleagues suggested recommended and got approval for and was beyond mean rude and aggressive with me , he went against everything that was recommended for my treatment by 4 other professionals that all suggested and approved this treatment he was supposed to do on me today . Long story short I left untreated and crying so hard I had to wait over a hour to drive , I have never had anyone treat me so poorly and so rude that I will never be returning to this place, the other doctor I was dealing with was such a sweet man and all the staff at the front were always so pleasant to me it’s sad that this one Dr has to ruin my experience. I was very nervous to get this treatment, I should have been welcomed and treated with respect but unfortunately I got the absolute opposite.”Read moreShow less
