“Their cancellation fee is $25 as per what the board says. The employee decided to charge more because I have a reputation of being “nice” when actually I’m just stressed about things. The owner got mad when I got mad at her employee. However, Im surprised why Canadian Business expect to be treated more kindly and given more chances to correct a mistake … even more than people who grew up in homeless shelters and consistent abuse and the Crown in London Ontario didn’t consider any of that, so Unfortuantely from now on, I will treat every Canadian business exactly like the crown treated that little girl. I guess when your employee decided tot take advantage of an awful situation, you guys lost a good client. I’m happy I raised my voice at your staff, they deserved it.”Read moreShow less
