“Our whole family had a wonderful experience at Emerald eye care clinic thanks to two amazing ladies … Claire and Leina who made our visit so comfortable and pleasant. From the moment we walked in, they were both warm, welcoming, and very professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire appointment. Their kindness and genuine care really stood out—they went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. “I've been a patient here for several years and have visited many times, both for routine appointments and urgent medical visits. The experience has been consistently excellent every single time. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and professional. “We had such a great experience at Emerald Eyecare Colwood. Claire assisted us and she was super friendly, approachable, and really knowledgeable. She made everything easy and comfortable for us. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole process. We never felt rushed, and she was very patient in answering all our questions. It’s not always easy to find this kind of service, so we really appreciated the care and attention we received. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant visit. “I cannot recommend Emerald Skin Care enough! I came in for a full set of eyelash extensions and ended up booking underarm and upper lip laser sessions too.
