“I am extremely disappointed with how easily my appointment was cancelled and then rescheduled more than three months later. I understand the importance of punctuality; however, I arrived only 20 minutes late due to exceptional circumstances—unusual traffic and a major event at Place Bell that made parking extremely difficult. What makes this situation particularly frustrating is the clear lack of consistency. On several previous visits, I have been asked to wait at least 30 minutes past my scheduled time, and on one occasion, over an hour, without any consideration for my schedule. Despite this, there seems to be no flexibility or understanding when the delay is on the patient’s side for valid reasons. This double standard reflects a lack of respect for clients’ time and raises concerns about fairness and professionalism. “I recently took my son EM dental clinic based on positive Google reviews, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We needed a professional for his wisdom teeth extraction, and from the moment I called, the service was excellent. They answered promptly and got us in for a quick appointment, which was a huge relief. The indoor parking was a nice touch, making it easy to find a spot. The staff were incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.. The procedure went smoothly, and I'm happy to say it was a success! We're thrilled to have found a new dentist for our family.
