“I’ve always dreaded going to the gym, but about three years ago I discovered volleyball and instantly loved it. Now that I’m almost 50, it can be pretty tough on the body. Thanks to Elliot, though, I’ve been able to keep playing. Between ankle, neck, shoulder, and finger injuries, I wasn’t sure how long I’d be able to continue but Elliot has helped me manage it all so I can stay active.
