“Ivanka is wonderful! I would highly recommend her for any physio treatments. She is a very caring , competent physio. She takes time with you and listens to your concerns. She uses a variety of modalities to help in your healing and recovery… Gunn ims, cupping, goes over exercises thoroughly to ensure that you are doing them correctly. “I started coming to Elle Physio while on a journey of healing after having 3 kids back to back. After several months of seeing Karen, she is able to help me address the issues I came in for and she is also helping me with other issues that I had for years but had no idea how to fix. Karen is extremely professional and supportive. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a good pelvic floor physiotherapist. “The staff at EllePhysio are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My experience was mainly with Karen San Andres (Physiotherapist/owner) and Erin (RMT), and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I came to EllePhysio after hearing great things from several doctors, and they absolutely lived up to the recommendations. During the initial consult, Karen was extremely thorough and took the time to understand my medical history and explain my condition clearly in a way that was easy to understand, giving me great confidence in my treatment plan. What stood out most was how she validated my concerns and immediately put me at ease. I’ll never forget being told, “we can fix this easily don’t worry,” - hearing those words provided instant relief! After about 4–5 physio sessions, I had massage therapy with Erin, which really complemented the treatment and helped accelerate my recovery. Erin was excellent! The exercises provided by Karen and Erin were practical and effective - I still do them regularly and have seen lasting benefits. Overall, an excellent experience. “I worked with ellephysio postpartum for pelvic therapy. Ivanka was amazing and helped me with my pelvic floor therapy as well as other muscle and joint pain from pregnancy. She is professional, kind and supportive and I found working with her postpartum so helpful to figuring out what was going on with my body. She also made it easy to come to appointments as I could bring my son with me. I would recommend Ivanka and ellephysio to anyone needing prenatal or postpartum care, or just physio in general!
