“I'm so happy I found Elizabeth. I came in with a very painful and badly torn shoulder cuff. Her attention to detail and hands on approach gave me instant relief. It took a month or so but now I am almost completely pain free and I can use my arm without wincing. While she was working on my shoulder I injured my knee. I could barely walk and had to crawl upstairs. It was so painful I made an appointment for knee replacement surgery. While I was waiting for the operation, I was treated by Elizabeth. Now, after a month or two I am pain free and back to normal. I cancelled my surgery and I am able to go back to my active lifestyle. I still can't believe I'm so much better. Elizabeth is a miracle worker. She is very thoughtful and encouraging while I went through the difficult process of getting better but it is all worth it. “I was in so much pain and had limited mobility before I met Liz and she treated me with dry needling and then gave me the exercises to continue my rehabilitation. “I have just started working with Elizabeth this year on maintenance work and recently recovery from a back tweak. I really appreciate Elizabeth’s focus on technique to accomplish results, her manipulations (for lack of a better word) may not be dramatic, but the results are. She can work on problems with a variety of tools. For example using her elbows (famous) to release muscles, or using needles, depending on the issue. I also appreciate the exercises to work on issues at home. The ones I have been given have been great additions to my toolkit when I start to feel an issue creep up.”Read moreShow less

“Elizabeth is extremely knowledgeable and helpful inside and outside of her physiotherapy clinic. After having her treat me, my results were almost immediate. I had neck pain and minimal movement and she was able to relieve it almost instantly. The day after my pain was completely gone and I had perfect movement. She is so personal yet professional and will get to the root of your problem.
