“I am baffled at this business. Why can't I EVER call and simply speak to a person? Having to play phone tag to make an appointment is utterly ridiculous. Even the HOSPITAL answers their phone. But nope, every time its "leave your name and we will call back". Then, how often I'm unable to take the call due to work? And then when I call back I have to leave ANOTHER MESSAGE.
