Had an appointment physio after total knee replacement and the door was locked when I got there. Sign said to call the number to be let in which was a little annoying but guess it’s a safety thing downtown. Nobody answered and I left a message, called back but still no answer. There is no shortage of physio businesses so decided to go somewhere else. A rude lady just called and said she was busy on the phone and why was I there so early. I was told to come 15 minutes early to fill out forms, she said she wasn’t the one to book my appointment so… lol I will make sure to tell anyone looking for physio to go elsewhere

Trevor is absolutely amazing! He puts you at ease and made the whole experience wonderful. He does physio at your body timeline. I would highly recommend

The thing that keeps me from coming back here was when I arrived at the clinic for the first time, I overheard one of the Athetic Therapists conversations, and his comments were really troubling to hear. Trevor made racist and sexist comments (I.e slavery would not have been solved without white people and men should have a say in abortion rights), the receptionist overheard and said nothing. He made sexist comments in my session that "as a woman I should be more flexible in my hips," and as a therapist, he could have just made it un-gendered and said, "Work on your flexibility." What's the deal with this unprofessionalism here? I've had great experiences with Elite on Meadowood , so go there instead if you can.

Very caring staff to assess and treat you and get you 'back in the game', whether at work or your favorite sport. Trevor Horvath is my favorite therapist on staff. He has a lot of knowledge to impart.

Went to this clinic for a broken wrist a couple of years ago. I was upset after leaving the appointments. Absolutely no positive reinforcement.Did everything I was told to do but was still criticized. Self esteem hit zero after leaving these visits.. Was such an upsetting experience I will never visit any physiotherapist ever again.
