“I had 2 frozen shoulders and was really struggling with pain and movement. Monique at Elite Physio was amazing from the start — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely supportive. She explained what was going on, gave me exercises that actually helped. Over time, my shoulder mobility improved so much and the pain eased more than I thought possible. I have been a patient of hers for over 5 years now am very grateful for the care and encouragement throughout the process.
