“Ravi is the most efficient physiotherapist I’ve ever visited. During the first half of the year, I had pain in both elbows from lifting heavy objects incorrectly, shoulder pain from playing badminton, and headaches for unknown reasons. He always seems able to identify the root cause of my pain, which gives me confidence that the treatment is addressing the actual problem rather than just the symptoms. The pain in each area was reduced by at least 90% after just three to four visits, which was truly amazing, especially compared to the last time I had shoulder pain, which lasted for two years. I definitely recommend him to anyone suffering from pain.”

“Nothing but good to say about Ravi & friendly caring staff. I had lower leg issues going on close to two years! Tried different therapies to fix the issue including chiropractor. All were temporary fixes only to have the aching reappear. Ravi was able to determine the root of the leg issue then treat it by using several techniques over the course of weekly visits. Now I can walk normal again without a constant limp. Started daily walks & hiking again basically pain free👍🏼”

“As advised by my doctor, I went for consultation. I was very apprehensive as it was my very first time consulting a physiotherapist. My nervousness was unfounded. From the minute I stepped into the office I met with great friendliness and professionalism. The treatment was very bearable and stopped when I signalled pain. Everyone involved was courteous and pleasant. The treatment - massage, ultra sound, cupping and electrodes (I think) all contributed to a speedy recovery and I stopped the visits. I would recommend Elite Physio anytime and as much as I love the visits, I am glad (but sad) that I do not need them now! Keep up the good work! Thank you all!”

“My 14 year old son plays competitive soccer here in Ottawa and had an issue with very sore knees for over 9 months… either Osgoode Schlatter or Jumpers Knee… he could not play more than one half per game… and needed to sit out the end of each practice… a Toronto-based trainer recommended we try laser therapy so we immediately made an appointment with Ravi at Elite Physio. Within 3 weeks of treatment his knees were completely pain-free and he was able to play three full games within 4 days in a tournament in the U.S. without any pain. Amazing! We highly recommend Ravi and Elite Physio if you’re in a similar predicament. Amazing!”
