“A little backstory, I am 39 years old 6'5 275lbs. At the end of August in 2025 what started off as a small little pain in my glute became a nightmare. Before I knew it I was bed ridden with nerve damage. My L5/L4 L1/S1 were a mess from MRI, arthritis all throughout my spine, and my left glute, hamstring, below knee cap, calve, and 75% of my foot minus big toe and one beside became all numb. I wouldn't walk more than a few mins, couldn't stand long, couldn't even sit in a chair to have a meal with my GF/Family. For 2.5+ months I was basically bed ridden and I had to eat me meals in a bed. I decided to give Apeshka a try as another physio I had was getting stumped. Apeshka has been strong and firm which is exactly what I needed. With my Sciatic, piriformis, and other areas coming into play she was able to remove all of my numbness. I kept doing and am still doing the yoga as I am still going to her as we went from removing numbness, unblocking the pinched areas, and we are in the strength building phase since i couldn't use my muscles for months. She has definitely gone above and beyond on me and I am very thankful as I had definitely lost hope if I would be able to do anything again. Jan 3rd of 2026 i went from being lucky to walking for a few minutes to taking my GF on a date to Niagara Falls where I lasted 6.5 hours in snow boots.
