“I have been going to Elite Health to see Donnie for 14 years now. Donnie was the only person to ever really listen to me about my pain and difficultily with my body and was the first person to find my problem and give me pain management strategies. Donnie has made my day to day life immensely easier and is now also carring for my newborn daughter. He is also very kind and has a great sense of humor. “I was not impressed with the osteopathy service here. I have seen a few very excellent osteopaths over the years and was looking for a new practitioner after moving to Hamilton, but I was not expecting such a brief service with no explanation/or hypothesis of the possible issues I was facing or even any kind of treatment plan. The initial consult was only 30 minutes, which consisted of the osteo telling me that my body was "a mess" and nothing more. Then they started some adjustments including a neck crack that I did not consent to. The 30 minute consult is more expensive than the 60 minute consult that other practitioners offer in the area, so for that reason, I was also expecting a bit more. From my understanding, osteos usually assess the whole body to get to the root of your issues, and they have expertise in all the body's functions/systems, including your skeleton and fascia, but at Elite, my body was assessed briefly and without comment. Instead of a follow up, I booked a new initial consult with another clinic. The new practitioner spent an hour reviewing the way I walked, squatted, moved and twisted, checking my range of motion and more to see where my stiffness was coming from. This is the care and attention I was expecting from Elite, but didn't get.”Read moreShow less

“A lower back injury crippled me much longer than the recovery period I was previously used to. After only 2 visits a week apart, Donnie corrected the issue completely. He explained the root of the problem and offered advice and at home techniques to prevent future injury. A warm atmosphere and friendly staff topped off this wonderful experience.
