“I’ve been going with Vicky Gonzalez for massage therapy for about a year now, and it has always been a great experience. Since becoming pregnant, I’ve continued seeing her for prenatal massages, but I was also going to her before my pregnancy for regular massage therapy. She always takes the time to listen first and asks what areas I would like to focus on. She uses the right amount of pressure to make sure I feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. During every session, she really cares about making sure I’m comfortable, and I always leave feeling so much better afterward. “I was able to relieve my neck pain and improve my sleep quality thanks to the massages at Elevate. Vicky Gonzalez has done an excellent job helping me relax those sensitive areas where my muscles would tense up, especially at night. Since starting treatment, my recovery and overall sleep quality have improved significantly. My sciatica and lower back pain, caused by old soccer injuries, have also improved a lot.
