“I came in after a suspected herniated disc in my lower back, could barely walk through the door, I was in a ton of pain. I was working with Jordana, doing a range of different stretches/exercises, as well as "dry needling" which was completely new to me. It felt really weird, but it helped immensely! Now after a good handful of visits I'm relatively pain free and returning to some sense of normalcy. Still going currently, always looking forward to my next visit!
