“I was referred for my MVA through TD insurance for female physiotherapist and RMT. From the first call with Ash, to my first session with Mrs. Sarita, to the best RMT in this world Marlene, to the most friendliest Emmanuel at the reception, everything about this clinic is just great! “I had an excellent experience at the clinic when I accompanied a friend for her treatment. From the moment we walked in, the environment felt professional, organized, and very welcoming. It was clear that the entire team genuinely cares about their patients’ well-being. I especially want to recognize Emmanuel, because he truly makes a difference. He was treating my friend, and his approach was impeccable. He was always respectful, attentive, and genuinely kind. He has a unique way of connecting through conversation that makes patients feel heard, understood, and valued as people, not just as cases. I could see how comfortable and at ease my friend felt during her sessions. His positive attitude is contagious; he always managed to make her smile, even on more difficult days. You can clearly see his dedication, professionalism, and the passion he brings to his work. Watching how he interacted with her made me feel confident that she was in excellent hands. “This is nothing about the therapist, but more about reception. I telephoned to book an appointment for pelvic floor therapy, and the front asked weird questions like is it because of a car accident, and after I showed my referral, they finally told me that actually they don’t have pelvic floor therapy here.
