“I had a very helpful experience today at Effort & Ease. I am 60 years old and was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at 18 months of age…. So that’s 58 years worth of inflammatory damage my body has endured. I often feel like I am becoming so restricted and guarded in my movements that I feel like a hard shell , like an egg, is closing in around me. I often don’t move many of my joints because they either hurt to move them or I believed they actually couldn’t freely move anymore. Well I was mistaken! Stuart was able to release my muscles, and my joints seemed to become liberated! I could move my shoulders so much more! And without pain! My legs which I felt so restricted by, felt like they were strong and limber. I actually felt like my whole body was aligned and working as a whole. It’s been many years since I have felt like that.”

“After a friend told me about his success seeing Stuart, I had to give it a try. I have a shoulder injury and sore knee. I immediately felt relief in both areas. I got home and received an email from Stuart with stretches and exercises to help with the recovery. And the best news is he is sure I won’t need to see him again until the summer. During the appointment, Stuart explained the anatomy of my shoulder and knee so I could understand what was going on. It was super helpful. So happy I took my friend’s advice!”
