We offer direct billing for most extended health insurance plans, with the exception of Medavie Blue Cross, ICBC, WorkSafe BC, and MSP. Approval of direct billing is determined by your insurer, not the clinic. If a claim is marked as pending, rejected, or payable to the member only, the full outstanding balance remains your responsibility.
A valid credit card must be kept on file in order to confirm any appointment. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to appointment times. Appointments missed or modified without 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to avoid delaying other patients. Arrivals more than halfway into the scheduled appointment time may require rescheduling and charged accordingly.
Please refrain from wearing perfume and cologne to protect our patients and staff with allergies, asthma, and chemical sensitivities.

“I only have great things to say about Edgemont Naturopath Clinic. I’ve seen Dr. Coe for over a year and recently Dr. Dallas and think both doctors are exceptional doctors. The doctors, nurse, receptionists are all very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. They willingly share their knowledge, address all my concerns and I feel like everyone on staff knows me as an individual not just another patient that is pushed in and out in an endless and tiresome cycle. As for the clinic - it is a clean, bright, modern and calming space. “Would like to start off by saying that Dr. Mohan-Ram ND, has been treating me for a little over a year now for various medical reasons. I always feel so fabulous after my appointment with him and appreciate his knowledge, from vitamins to supplements etc. What’s so amazing, is that he’s so down to earth and kind when treating me. I have never felt rushed nor have had any issues. The ambiance is amazing, relaxing and always professional. “Three times now I’ve been called and my appointment has been canceled on me just an hour before. Last time they called me it was 15 min before my appointment. One day when I called to cancel because I was sick they went on about their 48 hour cancellation policy. It’s ok for them to cancel on you 15 min before but you can’t cancel on them even when you’re sick and can’t go in. I must say I’m very disappointed at them and by reading reviews it looks like they’ve done it to other people. So be ready to book appointments at this clinic and be cancelled on . Please do not say it’s because of emergencies. It’s unprofessional to cancel on clients this many time last minute. If it’s happened to me I’m sure it has happened to many others. I usually don’t write reviews but this morning when I called to cancel my appointment and the receptionist went on about the policy it really upset me.”Read moreShow less

“Made an appointment online, it was cancelled less than 2 hours before the appointment by the clinic. If I had done this to them I would have been fully charged for cancelling the appointment.
