“Fist of all the receptionist is very sweet over the phone but misinformed me about the receipts for insurance. Arrived there with my husband, made us fill out new paperwork when we already had files opened, my therapist was late, during the whole massage of 1:30 all I heard was people talking loud and laughing from a man and a woman. Music in the room was skipping every 2 seconds during the whole massage. Therapist was struggling with her massage oil bottle and belt like if her bottle was empty. For a good hour all she did was the same movement over and over again and shook my body then an actual real massage. Horrible experience. Im more in pain today then yesterday.
