I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder many years ago. I signed up with EBT3 to have Dialectic Behavioural Therapy. I took group and one on one sessions with a therapist. My therapist was SO nice, and easy to talk to. The group sessions were enjoyable and fruitful. I didn't have the money for this - my parents paid for me to go. At one point in the group therapy, we were told we could meditate. I am a Christian and I said - I would rather do prayer. They agreed with me that prayer would be a good alternative to meditation. I got closer with God and my BPD traits lessened over time. I now only have 3 or 4 traits, as opposed to the 7 or 8 I had before I went to DBT. I really appreciated the sessions, and my family and friends noticed an improvement in me. I highly recommend EBT3 if you need anything they provide. I also suggest turning to God if you haven't yet. He will help you overcome.

I unfortunately have to agree with the other bad review here by Tina P and cannot recommend this practice. We came to this practice for help, and left feeling robbed. Finally got some sessions with the founder of this organisation, and though she was "nice", it really felt like we were nothing but a paycheck and that they would do the absolutely bare minimum effort they could get away with. These people are supposed to be the highly qualified and highly trained doctors, yet she got a core concept completely wrong that "I" had to show her what the DSM actually says, a later session confirmed that my understanding was correct and she was completely incorrect despite being very adamant (and she was the one being paid $300/hr!!!). I even reached out to her expressing how hurtful this was and the problems it caused and she never provided even so much as an apology. She was also very forgetful, clearly had done almost no preparation before our sessions or read the things she asked us to prepare and send to her. She seemed to care very little. She also cancelled a Friday sessions last minute and claimed to have a cough which felt very forced and disingenuous. As a result, the founder of this group of doctors has single-handedly damaged my confidence in psychologists.

Terrible experience. Felt like a pay check instead of a patient. After I chose to leave and go with another institution, they refused to send over a referral, saying that I did not need one, even after I had confirmed with the institution that I did indeed need it. After I expressed my concerns while i was still seeing them, they showed no compassion, understanding or solutions to the matter. The time I spent contacting them back and forth about this pushed my anxiety through the roof and eventually, just had to give up because it was negatively impacting my mental state to a point that I had to just forget about the referral and give up.
