We kindly ask for 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment so that I have enough time to contact patients on the waitlist. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee.
About the clinic
I have recently moved to Unit 102-125 Wallace Street, inside the SAGE CLINIC, a shared clinic space with Sage Midwives. If you have previously seen me at ISLAND OPTIMAL, you do not need to book an initial visit, unless it has been longer than ONE YEAR since our last visit. Otherwise, please book a follow-up.
If you are booking your first visit as an adult or teen : We recommend booking 1-2 follow up appointments spaced about 2 weeks apart to ensure proper follow-up and treatment planning.
For new babies/toddlers or children : We recommend booking 1-2 follow up appointments spaced about one week apart to secure your spot for a follow-up.

“I’ve experienced jaw pain and even migraine from stress-induced clenching for most of my life and was seriously considering Botox injections to finally find relief. Before proceeding, I came across the reviews for Anne-Marie and decided to give her treatment a try as a last resort. At the time of my first appointment, I had very little sensation remaining on the left side of my jaw, which was chronically swollen. After just one session with Anne-Marie, I experienced my first morning waking up without the usual overnight jaw-clenching pain. While I understand that every individual responds differently to treatment, the improvement I experienced was truly remarkable. Following my second session, I regained almost all sensation in the affected area. Anne-Marie has also been addressing the facial imbalance caused by years of chronic muscle tension and clenching. I am very much looking forward to my third session next week, and I will also be bringing my daughter for treatment for her neck pain. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Anne-Marie. “We were referred to Anne-Marie specifically by our doctor, who recommended her for issues we were having with breastfeeding and body tension in our newborn. Seeing Anne-Marie has been nothing short of incredible. She was able to resolve the tension issue in our baby within a handful of sessions, as well as offer support regarding our nursing journey. “Anne Marie has played a huge part in our son’s development. As a preemie he started with latching issues and a lot of deep seated tension. After several session he improved dramatically. He was good for a while and then at 8 months was have issues with tight hips. After 1 treatment he was now able to sit and sit and lean forward. “After a difficult birth, my daughter was born with torticollis and plagiocephaly (flat head), as well as having a tongue tie and breastfeeding issues. My lactation doctor, a lactation consultant and my friend who had recently given birth all highly recommended that I take my newborn to see Anne-Marie. I am so grateful that I did! She has released so much tension my infant’s body and made improvements to her head shape. Anne-Marie is also such a warm and kind person! “We’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Anne Marie to help treat our infant (5 weeks old) with a diagnosis of colic following a difficult birth. Prior to treatment he was inconsolable for hours on end and seemed to be in immense discomfort. Anne Marie listened to us and helped identify issues contributing to his discomfort (breastfeeding/ oversupply issues). She was so gentle with our little guy and we felt very comfortable having her treat him. We feel like he’s a completely different baby, his sleep has improved and he’s content between feeds and naps.
