“I purchased a very over priced red light pad from Emma back in the end of 2023 early 2024 and the led light strips broke and the Pad stopped working (1000 plus dollar pad) Emma was great at getting a replacement pad shipped out from another supplier she was switching to. I contacted her regarding the new pad as it was glitching and half the time didn’t work properly. All my light therapy go to the barn comes home is wiped off and stored in side and charged when they finally die. As you can see in the condition of the pads. I originally contacted her nov 26th about the issue and we Kinda went back and forth I sent countless videos and pictures her supplier wanted she also told me if I was having problems with the bell boots to let her know. Fast forward to several more attempts to contact her via text as there’s a time difference being in Ontario and feeling as though this should be in writing. Iv been ignored well after the holiday as it is now Jan 12/25 with not even an attempt to respond. As we have talked for several hours over the last year and a Bit especially regarding my mares condition and progress And regressions I thought better of her I thought she actually cared. She knew these were a part of my mares daily care plan and that She does show regression without them. With a heavy heart on Monday Jan 6th I had an emergency vet call for my mare and by Jan 7th I had to make the difficult choice to have my mare laid to rest on Jan 10th the whole week she went without red light except for one bell boot which I could only use on one location at a time in stead of 3 locations like I normally would. Emma has seen videos and used Them in her social media advertising so she has seen how much they help my mares and im Absolutely appalled that she hasn’t gotten back to me at all, now not only did I lose my heart horse but Iv Sent well over 1300 in red light that I now don’t even have to use on myself. This morning I finally received a text only because I wrote this review, then the story changed that now the warranty on the leg and bell boots is past but I was told a year and I most definitely haven’t had the bell boots for a year nor the original pad form the time I contacted her. She offers to SELL me another pad with a discount … which makes no sense if you can’t stand behind the first ones and the “thanks for the review .. “ not professional and goes to show she only responded because of it. I responded explaining that the bell boots were not a year and she’s just ignored me. I used to recommend her on fb groups all the time never again. Please beware when purchasing red light or therapy products.”

“I became a client of Emma’s a few months ago and my mare absolutely loves her! One session my mare was off and Emma was so so patient working with her neck soreness, by the end of the session she was bending waaaay better and was accepting the massage treatment on the sore spot. Emma is extremely knowledgeable, I learn from her every time I watch her work on my horse :) I would highly recommend your horse gets body work with Emma ❤️”
