“I had been looking for a Deep Tissue Massage Therapist in Nanaimo for years and finally found Lillian at Easy Cosy Massage. From the moment I arrived the atmosphere brought me a sense of comfort and peace. I suffered with chronic headaches due largely in part to very tight neck and shoulder muscles along with lower back pain. My entire body felt heavy and sore because of the stress, tension and nature of years at my job. From the moment Lillian laid her hands on me and for the next two hours I felt her deep commitment and professionalism with each touch. No conversation and chatting during the session is something I appreciate and value. She went straight to working on me. This was indeed finally "Deep Tissue Massage" and my body was thanking her for the relief. Lillian's work is "Heart" centred. She is Kind, Caring and Humble. “Have had really good experiences with Ali here, she's a very kind lady and does her job well! Just had a 45 minute reflexology appointment... I'm on my feet a lot and figure I should give them a little treat. Although reflexology can be painful in some spots of the foot, I seem to nearly fall asleep and I leave feeling relaxed. I definitely recommend spending your hard earned money here looking after your body!”
