“Lots of desk staff ,clean place . They have lots of doctors and open Saturdays. Nice polite people work there and the pharmacy is good as well .”

“I’m writing about my visit today for my son’s appointment. I tried calling the clinic but no one answered, so I booked an appointment online for my son with Dr. Bakare for 1:15pm. The system said the booking was successful. When we arrived, I told the receptionist I had an online booking. He didn’t seem to see it and looked annoyed .His tone and reaction made me feel like he thought I was lying in my appointment..I asked if we could do a walk-in instead since we had time before closing. The receptionist responded, “LISTEN I NEED YOUR INFORMATION,” which felt abrupt. And asked for my son’s emergency contact, so I gave my husband’s info. Then he’s like ‘who’s this?’ and I said my husband. Then he asked ‘is he the dad??????? Since the online booking didn’t show up, we didn’t wait that long and saw an unprofessional different doctor.I would prefer if he sat and spoke in more professional manner! He seemed rushed and didn’t introduce himself or speak to my son with 0% energy but it’s ok!! . I explained I had tried to book with our family doctor, Dr. Bakare, and that I was there for a referral for cyst removal.It’s seemed like he wasn’t really listening and showed a little interest in what I was saying. The doctor reviewed my son’s x-ray and ultrasound and asked why I wanted it removed if it wasn’t an emergency. I explained that I understand it’s not urgent, but I wanted to be put on the waitlist since cysts on his back,near his spine often need removal eventually. The doctor kept repeating that it wasn’t an emergency, which made the conversation feel unhelpful. I hope all doctors are as welcoming as Dr. Bakare and Dr. Eng. They bring great energy and genuinely seem willing to help patients The females receptionists I’ve dealt with have been polite, welcoming, and always make an effort to help with a smile.”Read moreShow less

“UPDATE: There are now more receptionists and they also have particular ones assigned for your specific doctor. Things have definitely improved and the clinic manager addressed all of my concerns in an effective and professional manner. I highly recommend this clinic!”Read moreShow less

“1. Phone menu is not user friendly 2. TRAIN YOUR RECEPTIONISTS, they clearly didn’t listen to anything and now my Info is all messed up. How many more people need to speak up before you actually train the front desk?”

“I love this clinic. It’s clean and the atmosphere is wonderful. The receptionists are amazing and they follow through. My family doctor, Dr. Bakare, is inspiring and professional. He is very positive and filled with encouragement. When you aren’t sure what’s happening, he goes over things carefully and listens to your needs. I am so grateful to have him as our doctor. Dr. Akil is an incredible doctor for our baby. He genuinely cares for our baby’s needs, and when you meet him, you’ll see exactly what I mean. “I've had a great experience at this clinic! The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. The facilities are clean, modern, and well-maintained. I also go there for massages, which are always relaxing and professionally done. My family doctor Fadeyibi is awesome—very attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about patient well-being.
