“I called 3 times to inquire if they could bill my Insurance Co. My manion so that I don't have to pay upfront ; I already submitted my documents to my insurance an they have okay this, The lady who claimed to be the manager I'd so rude an condescending she told me after I explained to her not to come there an ho somewhere else ; After working across at tegh; she put a bad experience overall a Good Hospital an great doctors. Learn some respect!”

“I'm giving an honest review on this place so nobody goes through the same thing . The East York physio clinic has the most rude reception I have ever experienced in my life when I walked in they didn't say hello or greet me they were not professional at all they asked me what I was doing here aggressively then she's like oh yeah you're the new patient and before this I had an appointment for 5:30 she kept calling me over the phone to change that saying people want to leave early can you come at 6? I agreed because she kept harassing me calling me and I needed to start physiotherapy asap. She hands me a whole stack of paperwork she didn't previously inform me about over the phone it took me a while and was cutting into my physio time as they wanted to close early. I was with my mother and the receptionist yelled out to my mom wear your mask properly or don't wear it at all! My mom was wearing it properly my mom didn't say a word back. When I was finished the paperwork I handed it to the receptionist and she realized there was some mistakes I said oh I didn't realize she then proceeded to make snarky comments and started laughing at me with the other receptionist over the mistakes I made which infuriated me as I'm sitting there with pain in my ankle I stuck up for myself and then she proceeded to start yelling at me one thing led to another and she called security on me the worst part is I'm not able to bear weight on my foot and to be rushed out of there by security for doing nothing wrong this lady is truly evil she's the one with the glasses and the ponytail and through all this commotion the doctor didn't come out at all to see what's going on I said how do you treat a potential paying customer like this she says to me you're not a paying customer she also called me names she's the most unprofessional receptionist I've ever met I hope nobody else has to go through what I went through yesterday I would advise you to steer clear of this physio clinic there's something sketchy and off about it”

“Great friendly staff. They are very helpful and eager to provide the care and service you need. Pretty awesome that you can get physio, massage, chiropractic, chiropodist, and I think acupuncture (probably more that I don't know about yet) in one spot. I highly recommend. Everyone is very knowledgeable in their field. The physiotherapist was very quick at figuring out what I needed and keeps developing a variety of treatment, exercises, and movement to treat my injuries. The massage therapist is great and is quite gracious about me falling asleep and even, I think, snoring. The chiropractor/owner is a personal trainer which is great since my physio and chiro care is a result of sport and workout injuries. I love to get the advice and care from people who share my perspective and concerns.”
