“I was referred by a colleague at work, rather than trying to hunt for a clinic accepting my benefits. I had plenty of questions, before scheduling and their receptionists assured me every step of the way. It was easy to make a confident decision, with such kind and straightforwards service! Not only do the they have a referral program, and accept my benefits. But the receptionists, hygienists, assistants and dentists were all such a pleasure to work with! Their patience, understanding and willingness to explain each step of the way is impressive! This clinic took care of all my anxieties about confronting my teeth off my plate in one visit. From answering my in person questions, to explaining X-rays and procedures, getting follow-ups scheduled then and there; with an action plan to meet my smiles goals. This team has so much personality, I love to see the energy as a customer service professional myself. Honestly my mouth wouldn’t have been as sore, if I wasn’t busy laughing with them in between the process. Big thanks from my partner and I, to everyone in office, that took care of us while working that hot July Saturday! “Very pleasant experience. I have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist, but the staff there were very patient, friendly, and explanatory of what they were doing. I felt the dentist was very professional, and knew what she was doing and talking about. The hygienist was very quick, but thorough, and the cleaning process I usually find to be excruciating was actually manageable. Very glad to continue booking here from now on”Read moreShow less

“Had my initial invisalign consultation 7 weeks ago, told me my invisalign cases would arrive in 4 weeks. 6 weeks have passed so I contacted them and they told me that there was some error in some manufacturing and that it would take longer - I would have appreciated some update regarding this as I leave town often for work and it's hard to set up appointments. I have since then contacted them again and they replied initially but now the last I've heard from them was 8 days ago - and I still don't know when I'm getting my invisalign cases. Did not want to post this review yet as my initial consultation with them was good but I dont know what else to do as they won't get back to me”Read moreShow less

“I booked an appointment that was cancelled without warning or communication. We showed up to the appointment, as per the confirmation text sent to me by the clinic, leaving work early, only to find out that the dentist had gone home early (we arrived at 5:30pm and were told the dentist had left at 4pm, despite the clinic being open until 8pm). The manager, owner and dentist were all unreachable. No solution or accommodation was offered, despite the fact that I was in pain. Unfortunately, East Village Dental lost the business of two repeat clients, including two crowns, a mouth guard, and other dental work tbd needing to be booked. “I had a very positive experience. I was accepted the same day and seen within an hour, which I truly appreciated. The doctor and the physician assistant were very attentive and quickly recognized that I was dealing with a sinus infection. After the CT scan, their diagnosis was confirmed. The team was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. I felt well taken care of and confident in the treatment plan they provided. “The cleaning technicians there are great, but during my last appointment, they extended the visit without consulting me and tried to add an additional procedure that I never booked. And no, it was not the annual examination — I already had that done in December. They never asked if I wanted this extra service; they simply scheduled it without my consent. Of course, I didn’t go through with it because I had never been informed beforehand, and I had another appointment right after to attend.”Read moreShow less

“I was searching for a reliable dental clinic and came across this one on Google Maps along with a few others. I ultimately chose it because it was the only place with open availability at the time. A quick heads-up on pricing: I had to call a couple of times to confirm the final amount, and as a new patient, they took quite a few X-rays and photos that felt a bit excessive. If I didn’t have insurance, I probably wouldn’t have gone through with the visit. That said, the service itself was excellent. Every staff member from the receptionist to the coordinator, the doctor, and the hygienist was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Kim is incredibly thorough and takes the time to explain every detail about your dental health. I was especially impressed with hygienist Robin’s work. She did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and made the whole experience positive. Overall, I’m happy with my visit and would return considering they have the same hygienist and keep the same environment.”Read moreShow less
