“I only have the best things to say about Kristin! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thoughtful in her approach. I’ve had lower back pain for a while, and she introduced new techniques and exercises that finally helped me feel real relief and get back toward my exercise goals! What really stands out is how much she cares. She takes the time to listen, understand what might be going on, and thoughtfully work through the root cause rather than just treating the symptoms. Her approach is refreshing, supportive, and genuinely personalized! Her hours are also super work-friendly, which made it so much easier to stay consistent with appointments. I’m so grateful to have found her and would highly recommend her!”Read moreShow less

“Let me start by saying I am not someone who writes a lot of reviews, but this time I just had to! I had a torn shoulder labrum that gave me a lot of pain for several years before I decided to move forward with a bicep tenodesis surgery. I did about 4 months of physio with a different therapist and basically was told I was good to go... my surgeon also signed off noting that I still had some lingering stiffness in the shoulder. I found that many exercise movements such as cable pulldowns, bench press and rear delt (most all upper body work really) could not be done because the mechanics of my shoulder and scapula were not working properly. My gut told me that I needed more (experienced) help. Kristin was able to figure out that several of my muscles were not working properly (poor nerve connection due to being in a sling for 5 weeks) and as a result, many other muscles were compensating. Over only 4 sessions I've gone from feeling like my body was failing me to being excited to get back into shape again. My range of motion went from about 65 percent to nearly perfect. I honestly can't imagine what would have happened if I didn't trust my gut and go see Kristin for help... I most likely would have developed another injury as a result. Not only was Kristin really knowledgeable, but she's been really great to talk with and to ask questions. It feels like a true collaboration of two people with the same goal and it's very evident that she loves what she does! I would 150% recommend seeing Kristin!”Read moreShow less

“Kristin has been an incredible physiotherapist to work with over the past year. As a high-level athlete, I place a lot of trust in the professionals I work with, and I have complete confidence in her expertise. She has helped me identify and correct muscle imbalances, improve mobility, and address issues that I didn’t even realize were affecting my performance”Read moreShow less

“Kristin is amazing! I first began seeing her for serious neck pain from when I was a young gymnast. I have seen dozens of professionals, ortho, chiro, physio and everyone in between and with little to no relief. I had not been able to tip my head back for over 25 years. After literally the first session, I had more than 80% mobility return and 80% less pain, by the 3rd session, I had ZERO pain and full mobility. This was pain I thought I would live with forever. Thank you Kristin, you are truly one of a kind! Dr. Shawn Haywood”Read moreShow less

“I injured my lower spine / discs, separated my shoulder, pulled my MCL/ACL in my knee and other things over the years. I'd "recovered" but with slight lingering effects. My son had some physical challenges we struggled to overcome. Wish I had Kristin help me with my back all those years ago. She spent time to find out where we were weak - it wasn't all the places I had thought - and came up with custom exercises for each of us. I feel much stronger now and my son can't even do things the old way anymore - a permanent change, and after years of trying it took only a few months. One thing I really like is that she uses an app that has videos of the exercises with her explanation, sometimes the video is of you doing the exercise if it's custom, then guides you through your sets and reps with hold times, etc counted for you, and then tracks your progress. My son loves earning the badges... and it's nice to see your streak count as motivation to keep going!”Read moreShow less

“I had an excellent experience with East Mill Physio. Kristin took extra time to thoroughly assess my condition. Through regular treatment sessions, pain and discomfort I had been dealing with for years was significantly reduced. This allowed me to ramp up my training and feel healthy and strong again. Highly recommend!”Read moreShow less

“As a mom of a female high school student athlete - Kristin has been an essential to support for our daughter. As a safe space for her to process her life as a female - student - athlete - daughter - sister- and all her other roles. When I asked my daughter about her time with Kristin she said "Kristin is the sweetest, kindest person. She is amazing at listening and knowing when to step in and give advice." The best part is, she comes down from her meetings with Kristin with an reasonable action plan that sometimes need support by her parents and then has reasonable action steps she is to follow for herself - to give her the agency over her life as a teen. Thank you Kristin for your care and support and being apart our daughters coach - off the field.”Read moreShow less
