Dr. Malhotra and Tara are very caring, kind professionals who attentively and thoroughly explain your specific needs and treatment upon assessment. “Location- Easy to find. Lot’s of parking. Not on a high traffic route. Hours- they have a variety of hours and I was able to get an appointment in a short period of time that worked with my schedule, which reduces the stress of working an appointment in and trying something new. Office: the office was clean and sanitary. Attention, to sanitation is evident. The waiting space is wide open and free of clutter. The treatment rooms are a reasonable size. They are clean and the equipment all appears well taken care of and clean. Rooms have ample privacy. Intake process: Easy to understand and organized. The paperwork includes a thorough history, which is reviewed with the Dr. So it’s not a make work project. I appreciated that I got a pen that wrote very nicely and was given the time to complete it. Staff: Pleasant, down to earth, with good sense of humour, very helpful, active listeners. They work as a team and help each other out. Dr. Nobel Malhotra: Thorough, listens, follows up on paperwork, understanding, explains the process and everything he is doing and why. he takes the time to educate as he goes. He is careful and thorough. Pleasant to talk too. Doesn’t rush through. Very Professional, and accommodating. No air of pretension. Results: Although not all treatment could be started, as I need to do x-rays. I left breathing better, my feet stay warmer, I feel a heaviness lifted. Shoulder are able to relax. Neck pain not as consistent and intense, Hip no longer has pain or has a locking feeling when I walk was able to walk for 10.47 km in one day, more that 4500 steps over my goal. Previous I have not been able to reach my goal. Weirdly my sinus’s also cleared about a 1/2 hour after leaving the office- have not been without sinus pressure in years and seeing Dr Nobel is the only change. My toes often are cold and have a burning, sore sensation at the ends, and since my appointment l- no burning and no soreness. As you can tell after my x rays on Tuesday I will definitely be back.”Read moreShow less

“Dr Malhotra was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. His clinic also has an onsite massage therapist available, and Sarah’s treatment also helped to relieve my symptoms. “After visiting countless chiropractors in the East London area, I can finally say I’ve hit the Jackpot in Dr. Nobel Malholtra and his staff! I visited this clinic to receive treatment for lower back pain after a recent flare up, and 5 years of on and off pain. During our first session Dr. Malholtra was genuine, detailed, and asked all the right questions to find the source of my problem. I was very impressed. On top of this, he is caring and personable and has encouraged me to be serious about my recovery. These types of things require work on both ends to treat, so he made sure to send me home with exercises and stretches that provided me with relief and have truly been vital to my recovery. The level of detail he goes into has been unmatched, and has opened my eyes to how poor some of my previous experiences have been at other clinics. It is worth mentioning too that the front desk staff here are amazing, truly great people who care just as much as him! I am happy to say I have finally found the clinic for me!
