“I am extremely disappointed with the level of care my family member received during their scheduled phone consultation with Dr. Hara. At the time of booking the appointment, I clearly informed the receptionist that my family member is disabled and that I was arranging the consultation on their behalf as Power of Attorney. I explained the reason for the referral and outlined the primary medical concerns that needed to be addressed. Initially, Dr. Hara contacted me directly; however, due to technical issues, the call was unsuccessful. She then called my family member directly. During that call, my family member explicitly requested that I be added to the conversation to assist in advocating for her. Unfortunately, Dr. Hara did not take the initiative to include me in the call or guide my family member on how to do so. For a patient who is disabled and has difficulty advocating for herself, this was particularly concerning. My family member attempted to speak up and request support, and that request was not facilitated. More concerning is that the primary medical issues and symptoms that prompted the referral were reportedly never addressed during the consultation. While I understand that not all matters can be fully resolved during an initial visit, it is reasonable to expect that the main concerns outlined at the time of referral would at least be acknowledged and discussed. The apparent lack of focus on these key issues raises concerns about communication, charting accuracy, and whether the consultation was truly patient-centered. Patients, especially those who are vulnerable, deserve thorough, compassionate, and collaborative care. “I would like to thank the secretary in 6 floor Miss Ayni. She went extra mile with my daughter who is nonverbal, she calmed her down; hold her hand and spend her precious time with her while she was working. Miss Ayni restored my faith in humanity she compassion , pure hearted person, she is an angel I would like to thank Dr. Yasmeen Punjani for hiring an outstanding secretary like her Thank you again Miss Ayni for treating my daughter nicely without judgment”Read moreShow less

“The reception at this location are horrible. You call and have to follow prompts to get to speak to someone would you’ve already been waiting 15 minutes by time you finish going through all the prompts. Finally when you speak to someone the reception says “doctors office please hold “without them acknowledging your first then placed you on hold for another 15 minutes. 30 minutes into the call finally the reception comes back and gives you attitude and hangs up on you . Now you begin the process again. This is the worst doctors office and giving one star is too generous.”Read moreShow less
