“East End Dental Clinic squeezed me in with very little notice, not once but twice, (I had forgotten my wallet at home the first time!) After a short wait, the dental assistant made me comfortable, explained everything in a friendly, knowledgeable way, which eased my anxiety. The dentist was also very friendly and professional at the same time, explaining her findings and what the best course of action was. In and out in just over an hour. The girls in reception even found the humour in my answer to their question, 'Did I need to book another appointment?' “Lovely and personable staff. My hygienist was absolutely lovely and careful with my sore tooth, and the tech and dentist joked with me (not over me) during my exam. So glad I've found my new dental home”

“Would not recommend this place. I received a text a week ago that my appointment was today, i confirmed it on my end. I checked in 10 minutes early today, gave them my name and time of appointment & was told to sit down. 45 minutes later the receptionist comes up to me and asks if my ride is coming because they're closing right away. Did not see the dentist. Waste of time. Edit: They did not call to cancel like they said they did. They called on March 11th to remind me about my daughter's dentist appointment but did not mention anything about mine. They have done this once before, canceled my appointment without letting me know. I called the first time to confirm my February 27th appointment, but they said they called & canceled (which they did not because I did not have any missed calls, voicemails, emails or texts), so I rebooked one for March 16th which they had yet again canceled without my knowledge. Very unprofessional place. If I did not have an appointment that day, why did the receptionist not confirm this with me when I checked in & told her my name and time of appointment?
