“I had a great experience with Castra during my physiotherapy sessions. From the very beginning, he took the time to thoroughly understand my condition—asking detailed questions about how the injury happened and carefully analyzing the situation before starting any treatment. What stood out the most was how clearly he explained everything. He walked me through the entire process, giving me a deep understanding of what was going on with my ankle and how each step of the treatment would help. I never felt rushed—he made sure I was comfortable and fully informed. The sessions themselves were excellent. He paid close attention to my ankle, handled it with care, and focused on improving my mobility step by step. I could genuinely feel the progress. On top of that, he also guided me on how to continue my recovery at home, especially with strength training exercises. He even provided me with a free resistance band, which made it much easier to stay consistent with my exercises at home. Overall, a very professional, knowledgeable, and caring physiotherapist. “I had an amazing experience with Castra. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and truly understanding of his patients’ needs. I went in with a frozen shoulder and was really struggling with pain and limited movement, but thanks to his treatment and guidance, I recovered much faster than I expected. “I had briefly tried another physio nearby and did not feel like they were focusing on the root cause of my pain. I felt confident and reassured from my initial appointment with Castra - he explains everything so thoroughly ! It really helps you understand what is going on and how to feasibly apply his reccomendations. I noticed SIGNIFICANT improvement with my foot after each session.
