“Dr Bird has been an incredible influence on my health for the past several years. Upon meeting Christine she immediately required an extensive intake form(s) to be filled out and then gone over line by line with her. Afterwards she took her time to do a physical assessment and only once this was complete did she go over my care plan. “I have been to dozens of chiropractors through my life and suffer from chronic back pain. Christine Bird is the best I've been to. She's very understanding and knowledgable. Her techniques are a mix of Western and Eastern, using tools to perform very targeted adjustments rather than full body slam cracks. “Myself and my wife have been seeing Dr Bird since we moved here from another province in 2021. I was in crippling back pain and also could barely walk with an achilles tendon injury before seeing her and now I can walk fine and move with reduced or zero pain. “I'm not even sure words can describe the gratitude that I have for Dr. Bird! I have been a patient of hers for over three years now. I was suffering with prolonged pain and disfunction from a car accident years earlier, and I had been told I was as good as I would ever get. Dr. Bird immediately came up with a treatment plan and exercises.
