“Where do I begin? I recently injured myself for no apparent reason right before a work trip to Halifax. I could barely move my neck and was dealing with severe pain in my neck, shoulder, and back. At one point, I even had numbness and tingling in my arm and hand, which I later learned can be a serious sign. I mention this simply to give some context for how much pain I was in. After about a week with little to no improvement, I started looking for a physiotherapist or chiropractor. I booked a physio appointment for a few days later, but I was able to get a same-day appointment with Dr. Wong. From that very first visit, I felt so much better. In fact, I cancelled my physio appointment and booked another visit with Dr. Wong instead. What really stood out to me, though, was how much he went above and beyond. He checked in on me, made sure he could accommodate my schedule, and over the course of the week I saw him several times before I flew home. I honestly wish I could clone him and bring him back to my city. This was my first experience with a chiropractor, and I was incredibly nervous. Dr. Wong immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything, answered my million questions about what had happened, and never made me feel rushed. I would recommend Dr. Wong to anyone without hesitation. If I lived here, I would absolutely become a regular patient. Thank you, Dr. Wong, for your kindness, professionalism, and exceptional care. “I recently visited this chiropractic clinic and had a very positive experience. Dr Wilson took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the treatment plan clearly, and answer all of my questions.
