“Disappointed with the front-desk service and billing practices here. The receptionist was condescending and gave me incorrect information when I asked for a clear breakdown of my bill. Additionally, the hygienist performed procedures without informing me beforehand about what they were doing or that extra charges would apply. Patients deserve clear communication about costs and professional customer service.”

“Absolutely stellar appointment today. Was an emergency visit and the staff are knowledgeable and very caring with a great sense of humor. I would have given a 5 star had the reception waiting room been a bit cleaner. Was the only disappointing part. Again, the extraction was painless. Informative and no pressure.”

“Sharon and Dr Porth were both wonderful. They listened to my inquiries and answered all my questions plus took the time to be thorough with their investigations on my teeth. Dr Porth explained my options and let me decide, with out pressure, what I was willing to do. The doctor asked me constantly if I could feel any pain and was most considerate as to how I was doing . I have never been treated so well by a dentist before and will remain their client until I have no teeth to be taken care of. To Dr Porth, Sharon and the staff up front . THANK YOU!”

“First time visiting this dental centre. From the reception to the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth…to the next one who took more X-rays and prepped me to see the dentist…to the dentist himself…to the lady at the front who scheduled my next appt…all were fantastic, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The dental hygienist was very gentle while scraping, never one hit the nerve all the others seem to find. Highly recommend anyone looking for a friendly place to come and get some work done…Thank you to the entire staff for the exceptional service :)”
