“This clinic came strongly recommended but unfortunately, our son has not been well looked after from the perspective of customer service. They are fine when they work on you but God help you if you need for them to get back to you about anything. Response times are weeks to months. All we needed was information on our son's shoe size recommendations after they did his measurements for orthodics. It seems after 7-8 years of chiropractic schooling, there is no teaching on converting orthodic measurements to an actual shoe size so one can buy the proper footwear (eyes roll). Most with extra wide short feet have to buy shoes 1-2 sizes larger to accomodate. Well imagine if you just paid $400 for orthodics only to have them shake around inside the shoe (again eyes roll). I've called five times and still haven't heard from them. Then I needed information on his physiotherapy appointment to see if it would be covered by EIA as he has an intellectual disability and cannot properly advocate for himself. It took much too long to get a response. And I am disappointed that a student looked after him rather than a Physiotherapist.”

Explained my injury and treatment, relieved my anxety, gave me realistic expectations. Provided exercise tutorials for strengthening in person and I have access both online and via paper copy. “Post shoulder surgery I was highly recommended to see the physiotherapist Krissi. So impressed from the get go! She was incredibly knowledgeable on shoulder surgery and recovery, and gave me exercises that quickly helped me regain strength. I was even able to return to work 4 months early. “Dr. Ben was key in getting my son back on the court after a concussion this basketball season. He was personable, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable, walking with us every step of the way. He got us in quickly for testing and then laid out the plan to recovery, all while being a reassuring presence for my son.
