“Very good experience with access to chiropractic, physiotherapy and massage (these are the three I’ve had so far). All three have been thorough, focused on health and safety and on the overall physical issues I have as a whole, not just a piece at a time separately without connecting the picture. I’ve healed more in three weeks coming here than in the three debilitatingly painful months before that. “I cannot recommend Dr. Lama Elkassem enough! I came in with chronic pain in my arms and lower back that was affecting my sleep and daily routine. “I go see Alex for massage quite regularly. I work in trades so my body is constantly put through the wringer and she’s always able to help get things moving properly again. Dr. Lama is amazing —super professional but also really friendly, and always explains what is being done. She recommends exercises and treatments from daily aches to maintenance since our family is very active. Dr. Robin is incredible with both massages and acupuncture, and honestly, has helped each of our family members with numerous aches, tension, and stress. We also do maintenance with him. Dr. Lama has a great deal of experience in chiropractic and acupuncture which I strongly benefited going through shoulder and quad injuries. Alexandria is one of the top massage therapists with an incredible knowledge in joints movement, muscular rehabilitation and injury prevention.
