“As soon as you enter the office you are greeted by a caring receptionist Gail, and the massage therapist was amazing... KAYLEY is thoughtful and knows her stuff... I told her my situation and she knew what to do to help me...I felt like jello after my massage. Definitely going back and would recommend this place Thank you ..I feel great today. “Amazing experience with Dynamic Balance from the first contact with them over the phone to today’s visit. Questions were answered over phone, appointment scheduled with no issue. Receptionist Steff was friendly and efficient. My physiotherapist Scott Turner was patient, examined and explained what may cause the pain. Definitely go back. Already booked my second appointment. “I had a bit of a disappointing experience at this physiotherapy clinic after reading such great reviews. I have suffered a repeat knee location once every few years and thought to try a new clinic. I went for my initial assessment and I thought it was a bit weird that I was asked to pay upfront, but to each their own. I met with the physiotherapist named Scott, and felt a bit neglected. He didn’t ask me any personal questions about what I do. My desired range of motion only asked me how I hurt my knee. We did two exercises: one stretch and one hip exercise. As someone who has dislocated my knee in the past and gone to physiotherapy, this seemed a bit out of the ordinary. At the end of the appointment, Scott, Told me to do the exercise exercises for a week and decide if I wanted to come back. I Cannot imagine not making an active plan for a new patient to come back after their initial assessment… Definitely a negative experience from an industry that has a reputation for being cash-grabby.”Read moreShow less
