“I would recommend this clinic for their exceptional customer service, attention to detail and quality service from start to finish. From the front desk, to the chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists and acupuncturists they have all been great. The other staff are very helpful as well. For the last 5 months Durham Spine Care has been going above and beyond to ensure I am on a consistent path to recovery. Please book an appointment if you are looking to live pain free. “Dr M. is the best! I had been suffering with chronic pain in my hip/thigh for almost a year. I finally decided to try going to the chiropractor and Dr. M was able to diagnose is right away. I had bursitis. After just over a month of seeing him 1-2 times a week I am finally better an no longer feeling any pain. I can't thank him enough. Dr M is so friendly and knowledgeable, always educating me while I'm there so I can better understand my body and how to help fix it. The receptionists are also so wonderful, so friendly and remember you, really makes you feel welcome. I will definitely be back if I experience any kind of pain again. “I had my first visit on Sat. After waiting for 40min, I finally get directed to the room with Dr. Moon. She thought I was here for 10min free consultation and I told her that I m here for assessment ($95) as well. The 10min free consultation is really just chat and no use anyway. Finally, she agreed to do assessment but it was fairly quick. It lasted only 15min testing a range of exercises and she said my neck disc is the issue (note that I bought my X-ray report and it already confirmed my disc is the issue). She said I should do the double chin exercise and dismissed me. Next week, I visited again but she didn't even remember me. Then I was directed to laser and TENS machine right away after a "how are you." Afterward, she finally spent 5-10min with me saying my muscles are tensed and then I was dismissed. I attempted to ask questions but she was impatience and tell me to come back next week. Honestly, TENS machine is cheap online and you can do this at home. I find AI information is much more useful with explanations and suggested treatment plans/exercises. I wish my doctor can show caring (or talk to the patients) and spend time for explanation and let me know what I don't know from online.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been visiting Durham Spine Care since 2019, but my recent experience truly stood out and deserves recognition. Last week, I had severe back pain after twisting my back while playing. It was one of the worst episodes I’ve had, and I needed immediate help. What impressed me the most was how efficiently everything was handled on the same day — something that’s usually very difficult when you’re in pain and trying to coordinate multiple appointments. I first saw Dr. M (chiropractor), who assessed my condition thoroughly and started treatment right away. Then I was treated by Bin (massage therapist), who provided excellent care and helped relieve a lot of the tension. After that, I worked with Jim and Victoria from the physiotherapy team — both were outstanding, professional, and genuinely focused on my recovery. What really sets this clinic apart is their coordination and teamwork. The staff made sure all my treatments were arranged back-to-back without delays, which made a huge difference during a painful time. “I’ve never been to a chiropractor before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my experience with Dr. Abey has been excellent from the start. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything before doing any treatment, which made me feel comfortable and confident right away. What really stood out to me is how knowledgeable and patient he is. He answers every question in detail and makes sure you fully understand what’s going on and why he’s recommending certain treatments. There’s never any pressure or rushing, he genuinely cares about your progress. After going for a while, I’ve noticed a real difference, especially with the pain in my back and knees. I feel more mobile, less stiff, and overall much better than before. Another thing I really appreciate is that he never rushes you out, even when your appointment time is technically over. He takes the time to make sure you’re properly treated and that every visit is actually worth it. On top of that, the admin team and staff are all very kind and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and taken care of, which makes a big difference. I also started seeing Joanna, the RMT, and she has been amazing as well. She really takes the time to listen to your concerns and focuses on exactly what you need. Her approach is very thorough, and you can tell she genuinely wants to help you feel better. Each session feels targeted and effective, and I always leave feeling relief and improvement. “I’ve been going to Durham Spine Care for 3 weeks now following an ankle surgery, and I can confidently say the experience has been outstanding.
