“I've been seeing Andrew for many years now, and I swear by him. It took me a really long time and many disappointing sessions across various clinicians to find someone who understands body mechanics the way he does. I always leave our massage therapy sessions feeling rebalanced, stronger, and with more tools to prevent similar issues in the future. I play both volleyball and ultimate frisbee regularly, and at a reasonably intense level, both of which demand quick accelerations and bursts of energy. In the past, these activities would magnifying my imbalances, causing recurring aches and pains that I didn’t understand. Since meeting and working together with Andrew, I have learned how to act on these aches when they show up, and I have plans in place to fend off the imbalances that cause them. He’s patient with me as I ask a million and a half questions during our sessions together, answering each one thoughtfully, each time imparting a little bit more his knowledge that I get to walk away with. If you’d like to understand your body better and build a plan to prevent your pain, go see Andrew.”Read moreShow less

“If you're a runner in Dundas looking for sport massage therapy, Andrew is absolute amazing! His deep understanding of body mechanics has been instrumental in keeping my body functioning at its best. Whether it's dealing with my achilles injury, sprained ankle, or tight hamstrings, he pinpoints the root cause and applies targeted corrective therapy to restore balance and mobility. As an athlete, I appreciate his focus on optimizing movement patterns and preventing future injuries.”Read moreShow less

“Being a long-distance runner transitioning into longer distances, I started seeing Andrew Dube based in Dundas for massage and corrective exercises, where I've had different issues that have come up over time. His deep understanding of running and sports mechanics is over and above my experience seeing many different people across different cities in the past, where he's able to target various ankle issues, knee pain, and tight lower leg muscles, rather than just a generalized massage. He's also been excellent for giving self-care exercises to prevent my recurrent issues. I highly recommend his services to runners and athletes in general, even outside of the Dundas area!”Read moreShow less

“I went for Andrew to get some relief from neck pain and blockage. He was extremely helpful in getting me to a better stage with just our first session. He also provided great follow-up exercises and advice to strengthen my neck muscles. Overall the deep-tissue massage was great ( one of the best I've ever had ) and I highly recommend it to anyone.”Read moreShow less

“I couldn’t recommend Andrew enough for his knowledge, thoroughness and attention to detail. He approaches each session with a problem-solving lens, recommending strengthening exercises to target the pain points identified during the massage. Andrew has been my RMT for over a year (including through my pregnancy) and has been committed to helping me feel better, stronger and more comfortable.”Read moreShow less

“I went to Andrew as I’ve been increasing my running mileage and started to feel early stages of hip and knee issues. Andrew was able to pinpoint fairly quickly areas I could strengthen or activate and his treatments felt like a full body reset. The treatment combined with the ‘homework’ he provided has been game changing. I recently ran a half marathon and achieved a PB and most importantly had no issues with my hip or knee during and post race. I strongly believe the tips he gave me to work on at home was a huge reason for that. I believe strength and vitality requires a series of tools and finding the right RMT who understands preventative measures might be the most valuable tool one could have. As a result I highly recommend Andrew!”Read moreShow less

His attention to detail is unmatched. I highly recommend him for all your training and coaching needs!”Read moreShow less
