“All my fillings from here have fallen out within just a month or so—the last one fell out just today when I went to get my cleaning at a new place. They had to also fix a broken filling because when I went to floss I didn’t realize the people here connected my fillings as well. So, not only did they have horrendous durability, but they aren’t even done right. I have fillings from two years ago that are still intact, so this genuinely has to be a joke or something. But besides that, almost everyone here is quite miserable to deal with and lack proper communication skills. I’d suggest literally checking any other place out for the sake of your own sanity and oral health.”Read moreShow less

“Very disappointed in the overall customer service/treatment. Had to get a root canal for a chipped tooth. During the procedure they did not have the proper tools to finish so they rescheduled me and gave me a temporary filling (which broke within 24 hours and I was charged for even though the need of it is due to their mistake ). After the root canal I received a crown. Within less than two years, the crown and tooth fully broke off at the metal screw joint. There was 0 post surgery instructions other than don’t bite too hard on the tooth for two weeks and not to smoke. When following up with my broken crown, there was zero accountability. All they could state was that I should have come for cleanings in between. Why would I return when there was insufficient tools to finish my root canal? Regardless, they received one star for offering a partial refund for their botched services. (Even when making you sign the refund waiver, they stated over a dozen times I needed to fill a “form” and no context on what I was signing or even an attempt to explain. Shame on you. Two different dental practices informed me that the failure of this procedure has nothing to do with my oral hygiene and most likely a cheap/inadequate crown material. To the ownership, you need to do better. Customers aren’t ODSP/insurance cash cows you can just squeeze for everything with sub par service.”Read moreShow less

“Came in today for a cleaning appointment from Dexter. He's really friendly and cheerful. His hands were very calm and didn't put much pressure on how he cleans like any other dental hygienist. Maybe it was the fact that he mentioned my teeth were maintained clean with good oral hygiene. But still, the way he cleaned my teeth was fantastic overall. I enjoyed the service that Dexter provided. It was exceptional. Also, the receptionist was very nice and warm. I highly recommend going to this Dental Clinic. “They used to be great but the new team is awful. I went in to get my wisdom teeth checked. All the dentist did was look in my mouth, tap on my tooth once or twice, and asked the technician to do an x-ray on me. They did not have the tool to take an x-ray so deep into the mouth and tried to force it in as much as possible even when I told them it hurting me. Instead of stopping or discussing where it was hurting, they told me it did not hurt and kept trying, even after I almost threw up several times. They continued to tell me it was no big deal. After several rounds of that they revealed they had a smaller tool they could use. They failed to get the xray even with the smaller tool and the dentist asked me if I wanted to remove my wisdom teeth. I said I don't know that's what I wanted to find out. She asked me if they hurt. I said no but my previous dentist told me that because of their position they may affect other teeth. She said, ok then we'll want to remove it then. NO FURTHER EXAMINATION, she was basically relying on my memory. They charged my insurance $157 for meeting the dentist. She did absolutely nothing for me. And they charged $40 for the one x-ray they managed to get. Absolutely awful, I wouldn't trust them to do any dental work for me.”Read moreShow less

“The people who work here are lovely!!! They were extremely patient and helpful with me trying to figure out my insurance for the first time! Definitely one of the most welcoming dentist offices I’ve ever been to. If you have a fear or the dentist or get nervous about dental work I’d recommend this place as they take their time and make sure you’re comfortable!”Read moreShow less
