“Botond (Bo) is a great physiotherapist and I would highly recommend seeing him if you need help with an injury.
He has great clinical assessment skills, educates you on findings so you know what is going on, and helps to provide relief from pain at each visit with various techniques. He also gave some great strengthening exercises and stretches that evolved over the sessions to keep moving my recovery in the right direction.
He helped me recover from a bad low back injury. I went from not being able to fully walk or sit for more than 10 minutes to returning to barbell lifting and running, and handling a 15 hour flight.”Read moreShow less

“Tameus has been helping me recover from chronic patellar tendinopathy after my ACL reconstruction surgery. As a former D1 soccer player who has had four surgeries, I have had a lot of physio! Tameus and Dunbar Physio are exceptional in my experience.
I was caught in a vicious cycle of needing to strengthen my quad post op, and then the quad strengthening would inflame my tendon. Tameus is the first physical therapist who has really understood the issue and how to address it: with gradual loading I have finally been making slow progress healing the tendon. I have a long way to go but I am so grateful for Tameus! He has a big heart, is very kind and knowledgable, and always has a technical basis for his clinical advice. Many physical therapists I have seen are unable to explain issues as deeply and effectively as Tameus.”Read moreShow less

“Went to Dunbar Physio this week to get treatment for a sore shoulder. The desk staff were friendly and welcoming and updated all my info. The physiotherapist Botond did a thorough examination of the shoulder, medical and treatment history, and I received Ultra Sound and an exercise plan to strengthen the upper arm and shoulder area. He was also friendly, competent, and reassuring so i was very happy with my appointment. Thanks for an excellent experience Dunbar Physio!”Read moreShow less
