“Gave them a second chance at replying to emails and they still fail miserably. Completely disorganized company/staff or bad IT contractors. It’s impossible to communicate with them via email. Used their web form for them to tell me to reply to them I did and still nothing. “I had my first visit to Dr Russelo's office today and it was fantastic!! Everyone was nice, polite, friendly and knew their stuff. Vibesh (V) the hygienist was incredible. I've never had anyone be this gentle yet thorough. My previous dentist was great, but she retired and a chain bought it. Left behind was the incredibly rude front office guy.
